Jill Dempsey

Ms. Dempsey evaluates, and structures Dolphin Capital investments while supporting Dolphin's existing portfolio. She works closely with several Dolphin portfolio companies such as Skipstone Staffing and Dynamic Confections. She sits on the board of Dolphin Shrimp and Skipstone Staffing.

Jill has started several businesses and successfully sold her first business a year after its formation. While studying at Brigham Young University, she was Student Body President of the Marriott School of Management and President of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization. She was named to the All-American Women's Rugby Team and played four years of collegiate rugby.

Ms. Dempsey is on the board of Guadalupe Schools, a non-profit school for underprivileged children and adults, a member of the Young Entrepreneur Founders Organization and a proud member of the Women's Philanthropic Network of United Way. In her free time, Jill enjoys road biking, experiencing distant cultures and riding her motorcycle. She is passionate about encouraging women in entrepreneurship and supporting the pursuit of education.

Jill received a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurial Finance.
