Jill Dempsey

Jill sources, evaluates, and structures Dolphin Capital investments while supporting Dolphin's existing portfolio.

An avid entrepreneur, Jill has founded two businesses, Adiant Entertainment and Catch Me Cleaning, the latter which was sold in 2004. While studying at Brigham Young University, she was Student Body President of the Marriott School of Management and President of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization, ranked the #1 chapter in the nation.

Jill is on the board of the Park City Women's Business Network, a member of Young Finance Professionals and a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Founders Organization. She is also a board member of The Guadalupe Schools, a pre-K through third grade school for underprivileged children and adult English language program for immigrants and refugees.

In her free time, Jill enjoys road biking, experiencing distant cultures and riding her Honda motorcycle. A competitive rugby player, she was selected as an All American and played four years of collegiate rugby for a Final Four-ranked team.

Jill received a bachelor's degree in entrepreneurial finance from Brigham Young University.
