Ken is a partner with Dolphin Capital and formerly served as CFO of Winder Farms.

Ken's background includes extensive experience in finance. Ken started his career as a CPA with Coopers & Lybrand. He spent approximately 10 years in investment banking with Alex. Brown, Banker's Trust, and Deutsche Bank in Baltimore, London and Tokyo. During this period Ken closed over 60 advisory and capital markets transactions on behalf of clients with an aggregate value in excess of $15 billion.

Ken sits on the board of the Great Salt Lake Brine Shrimp Cooperative, Ragnar Events and Skipstone Staffing. He teaches a finance class in the MBA program at Westminster College and serves as a volunteer with Rowmark Ski Academy.

Ken lives in Park City with his wife and three children. He spends most of his free time coaching soccer and trying to keep up with his children on the slopes and trails of Park City.

Ken received bachelor's degrees in accounting and business administration from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
