Mike is a partner with Dolphin Capital and is currently the CEO of Winder Farms.

Like the other Dolphin Capital partners, Mike has participated in the startup and growth of several companies. Mike joined Eric and Dan to help build Home Financial Network in 1997. When Home Financial Network was sold to Sybase in 2000, Mike became the Vice President of Product Management for Sybase. Mike also co-founded Genus Group, a technology media firm that he sold to International Data Group, and Dyad Security, an IT security firm that was acquired by Outpost 24. Mike has also held positions with Accenture and Microsoft.

Mike sits on the boards of Ragnar Events and Dynamic Confections.

He resides in Highland, Utah with his wife and three children. He spends his free time coaching soccer, skiing and trying to finish triathlons.

Mike received a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Stanford University.
